Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 2, 2026

AttuneArc is operated by Arc Labs LLC ("AttuneArc", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you use the AttuneArc website, mobile app, and related services.

1. What AttuneArc Is

AttuneArc is a relationship practice app designed to support self-reflection, emotional regulation, relationship clarity, and ongoing chapter-based practice through features such as Emotion Check, Journal, guided practices, recommendations, Insights, and Arc.

4. AI and Automated Processing

Some AttuneArc features use AI and automated processing to generate recommendations, summaries, prompts, insight text, transcription, and other assistive outputs.

These outputs are intended to support self-reflection and practice. They are not diagnoses, medical opinions, therapeutic advice, legal advice, or guaranteed conclusions. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, wrong, or not appropriate for your situation.

5. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Session Replay

AttuneArc uses a combination of:

  • First-party product analytics stored in our own systems
  • Sentry for crash reporting, performance monitoring, and diagnostics
  • Sentry Session Replay on sampled web sessions and on certain errors

Sentry Replay may capture limited information about how the web app was used during a sampled or error session so we can diagnose bugs and reliability problems. By using the web app, you acknowledge this diagnostic capture as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not use third-party advertising analytics or ad networks based on the current product implementation.

6. When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate AttuneArc. Based on the current product, these may include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, and backend infrastructure
  • Anthropic for AI-assisted features
  • OpenAI for features such as transcription and text-to-speech where enabled
  • Stripe for payments and subscription billing where enabled
  • Resend for email delivery where enabled

We may also disclose information:

  • If required by law
  • To protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term.

7. Notifications and Reminders

If you enable reminders or notifications:

  • We may store push tokens needed to deliver mobile notifications
  • We may store reminder preferences, such as whether a reminder is enabled and the selected reminder time
  • Some reminders may be scheduled locally on your device

You can disable notifications in your device settings. Some reminder settings may also be managed inside the app.

8. Billing and Payments

If paid plans are offered and you subscribe to one:

  • Billing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor we designate
  • We receive subscription metadata such as plan, status, renewal state, and processor identifiers

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements
  • Maintain security and product integrity

If you request account deletion, we will seek to delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, operational, backup, fraud-prevention, security, and similar requirements.

Some technical logs, backups, or cached data may persist temporarily before being removed in the ordinary course.

10. Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access certain personal information
  • Correct certain personal information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Turn off notifications and reminders
  • Contact us with privacy concerns or questions

AttuneArc currently also offers an in-app "reset all data" flow that clears user-generated content while keeping the account active. That is different from deleting the account itself.

To make a privacy, access, or deletion request, contact:

  • privacy@attunearc.com

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

11. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws, including rights to know, correct, or delete certain personal information, subject to exceptions.

12. Children and Age Restrictions

AttuneArc is not available to children under 13.

Users ages 13 to 17 may use the service only if they complete the current minor acknowledgment flow. The current product experience asks those users to confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of their use. If this policy changes, AttuneArc will update this Privacy Policy and the product experience to match.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. International Use

If you access AttuneArc from outside the jurisdiction where it is operated, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
